The Goulburn Valley Chinese Association (GVCA) welcomes individuals who support our mission of promoting cultural understanding, community connection, and the celebration of Chinese culture in the Goulburn Valley.
高宾华人会（GVCA）欢迎所有支持协会宗旨的人加入。协会致力于促进社区联结、文化交流，并推动中华文化在 Goulburn Valley 的传播。
Membership is open to everyone and currently free of charge.

Who Can Join

Anyone who supports the purposes and values of the Association may apply to become a member.
任何认同协会宗旨与价值的人都可以申请成为会员。
To become a member, applicants must:

• submit a membership application
• support the purposes of the Association
• agree to follow the Association rules
• 提交会员申请
• 支持协会宗旨

Membership becomes effective once approved by the Association Committee.

Members of GVCA have the following rights:

• Receive updates about Association activities and events

• Participate in community events and cultural programs

• Attend general meetings of the Association

• Vote at general meetings where eligible

• Nominate or stand for election to the Association Committee

• Access certain Association records in accordance with the Constitution

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
年度会员大会
GVCA holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year in accordance with the Association Constitution.
高宾华人会每年按照协会章程召开 年度会员大会（AGM）。
At the AGM, members have the opportunity to:

• review the Association’s annual activities
了解协会年度工作
• review financial reports
审议财务报告
• elect members of the Committee

• participate in important Association decisions

Members are encouraged to attend and contribute to the ongoing development of the Association.
