Happy Easter in advance to our community in Greater Shepparton! Today, another successful celebration held by GV Chinese Assoc. Inc. This year we have contestants participating in our egg baking/cooking competition. All the guests this afternoon were the judges to rate their favourite dish. The dishes were judged by taste, texture, palatability, flavour and overall presentation. We proudly annouced our winner Cindy Chan who won an overall score 9.5/10 for her Orange Chiffon cake which was decorated with whipped cream, topped off with fresh berries and flowers! Nevertheless, we had chocolate egg hunting game before we broke loose to socialise.

复活节快乐! 今天我们华人协会举办了一年一度的复活节聚会。会员们踊跃参加了以鸡蛋为主题的烹饪比赛以及复活节彩蛋寻找比赛。祝贺Cindy Chan 的蛋糕获得了最佳烹饪奖。
